This was a fun theme for March because I absolutely love using shapes on my projects and I love diecutting. Very fitting for hot trends right now in scrapbooking. I used one of my favorite papers from my 5th and Frolic Dear Lizzy collection that is a triangle patterned paper. I cut out random triangles and then even smaller ones to sit inside the larger ones and make the shapes more dimensional. Then I added more shapes-circles with my journaling in them. Attached those circles with some foam squares to add even more dimension. I used paper from my newest collection: Lucky Charm for the rest of the layout. Including the lined paper, floral and the two pieces above the photos and cursive strip below. I used my Silhouette Cameo to diecut the phrase Loved on the lined paper. This was a fun layout to document my sweet Ave and what she loves at the moment.

Do you have a step, technique, product you incorporate on every scrapbook page? I do… and I didn’t include it on this page and it’s driving me nuts! Can you guess what it is??
Stitching. I love to sew on my pages and I didn’t have any white thread or coordinating color so I just skipped that step.
What is something you have to include on each or most of your pages?
Happy Monday! xo Lizzy

What great pics of your daughter! I thoroughly enjoy the circles! I love to add stitching as well! When I create a layout I try to always incorporate some type of texture or ribbon;) Thanks for the inspiration…as always! Smiles, Jill
Liz, love your stuff as allways. Can I ask what font you used for the “love” cut out? Me and my Cameo are just making friends, so far we are getting along we’ll but I’ve got a lot to learn. I see so much fun everyone is having and wart to join in.
Love this mix of shapes. A is adorable as always and your line is fantastic girl. Thanks for the constant inspiration.
I usually have to have some brads or buttons on my page. I’m trying to incorporate more mixed media on my pages so I love this site for the inspiration.
